Tuition is billed weekly and is based on a flat rate according to the age of the child enrolled and the number of days of their enrollment per week.

We do not charge supply or material fees — participation in our our art studio space is included with tuition.

We do not charge additional summer activity fees for events such as splash day or mud day.

We do not charge fees on days that our school has special visitors.

Tuition is all inclusive. No surcharges for kids to have fun.

Discounted enrollment is offered for 2 and 3 day programs as well as for siblings that are enrolled together.

Siblings receive a $20 / week discount if both children are enrolled full time.

Payments may be paid through the Procare App or physically in our deposit box on site. Procare charges nominal fees for use of the online payment processor.

HFCDC may charge up to $2.00 / minute for children picked up after 5:30p.

The Procare service assesses a fee of $1.00 per payment for payments made via checking account or 2.75% for payments made via credit.

Fees shall be assessed on the following week’s tuition.

Food: We provide children with home cooked nutritious meals, included with tuition, on all days of attendance. This includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

Diapers: Parents supply diapers or pull-ups for children who are not yet toilet-trained.

Wipes: We provide wipes.

Bottles: Parents supply bottles, formula, and milk for nursing infants.

Bedding: We provide mats and cribs for nap time, but parents provide sheets to be brought home weekly for laundering. Don’t forget their favorite stuffy!

ELRC services are available to all residents of Lancaster and Lebanon counties. Following eligibility determination, ELRC can also provide childcare subsidies to low-income families who are working or enrolled in training or education programs.

We accept child care subsidies provided by ELRC, but ask that parents pay any uncovered amount up to our regular rates.

Each child receives 2 full weeks of ‘vacation’ tuition at 50% of their regular rate.

HFCDC is closed for the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day. This week is billed at 50% of the regular rate.

We have four scheduled closures throughout the year for our team to participate in Professional Development, making stronger educators for your child!

HFCDC typically follows Hempfield school district’s weather related closures. We understand how impactful childcare closure is for families and do everything we can to stay open.
